I lost my beautiful Bichon last year aged 18 and realised how empty my life was without her. My daughter started looking for a replacement and after careful scrutiny discovered Serrenello.

We went to see the puppies that were available and I chose a gorgeous male that I now call Charlie.

He was six weeks old and once I chose him a colour coded coller went on. He was mine from then on.

I was really impressed by the professional care that was taken with the puppies and the breeding stock that she had. We were very thorough with our questions as there are many pitfalls when purchasing a puppy.

The cleanliness and health of the dogs was clearly apparent.

When the time came for me to collect Charlie, Sydney was in lockdown.

I drove from Coffs Harbour to Berrima which was the boundary and we arranged for a pet Taxi to meet me there.

This beautiful little boy arrived on his own little bed and I transported him all the way home. Not a peep out of him. He travelled beautifully.

Serrenello also arranged for delivery of every essential for my puppy !!

This was totally unexpected and made the experience even better.

Charlie is now 9 months old and has grown considerably. He is happy in nature and very healthy.

I was completely satisfied with Serrenello and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Especially if they have little knowledge of the pitfalls that can occur

I just love my Charlie and he loves me. What more could you want?
